3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order size, shipping method, and delivery address. The shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States of America.

  • Standard shipping: $9.99 which applies to all orders under $100 unless a coupon authorizes to do so.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the provided shipping address. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.
