  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Final sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Underwear and intimate apparel (if applicable)

2. How to Return Your Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@adversityaestheticsltd.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your items.

  4. Pack your items securely and send them back to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 1-3 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, or if any parts are missing, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 of receiving the product. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. International Orders

For international orders, the return and refund process is similar to domestic orders. However, customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs, taxes, or duties related to the return. Refunds will be issued in the original currency and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
